Providing additional housing in the Bay Area until the family may need it fills a need in a tight housing market. The cottage contains a separate bedroom and bathroom and an open kitchen/living/dining area. Wall niches in the kitchen and living room offer additional storage. A custom barn door made from wood reclaimed and repurposed from the Santa Cruz boardwalk repairs hides a stacked washer and dryer. With the separate bedroom and living areas, a full-size kitchen, high ceilings, and skylights, this cottage is a great place to call home.
