A new garage and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) tie in seamlessly to the original structure. Bifolding corner doors open to a tiled patio, and they open completely in two different directions--thus opening the accessory dwelling unit entirely to the outdoors. Large expanses of glass and clerestory windows create a connection between nature and the Mid-Century Modern home.
