A 1950s ranch style house was transformed into a modern, open floor plan with a great room and sleek, yet warm, kitchen. Black garage doors add drama to the already interesting front facade with its shed roof, large windows, and wood siding. The epitome of indoor-outdoor living, not just one but *two* walls of this home consist primarily of Nana bifolding doors which fully open the public areas of the house to the backyard. A flush transition ensures steady footing while walking in and out of the house. The stunning kitchen can credit its clean lines to flush cabinetry. The oven wall also houses the refrigerator, pantry spaces, and other storage areas. The dining room continues the line of the kitchen island, while large, black-framed windows call attention to the landscape outside. Lit shelving flanks the windows and offers showcased storage, while the window seat provides hidden storage. A primary suite is planned above the kitchen and garage spaces in Phase 2 of this home’s remodel.
