While an owner of a former firm, Brad led the design and delivery of the new Pearl Avenue Branch Library for the City of San Jose. The design team included architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, audiovisual, signage, public art, and interior design. The building was awarded a LEED Certified standard and was part of a city-wide library bond measure that replaced and remodeled all of the city’s library facilities.
