Senior Project Architect
Jim has over 30 years of design and project management experience as a licensed architect with new construction and adaptive reuse projects for both public and private clientele. Jim graduated Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and received business practice training trough the Advanced Management Institute in San Francisco. Jim and Brad worked together extensively prior to the forming of Brad Cox Architects, Inc. and have recently completed the United Veterinary Emergency and Surgical Hospital in Redwood City, San Jose Children’s Discovery Museum shop facility and numerous residential projects.
Jim has experience working with large project teams and extended client groups. He brings a depth of technical experience and a strategic approach to problem solving in the design and construction phases of projects.
Jim likes to spend time on his cargo bike, enjoying nature and being the family chef.
