A Campus master plan was created and coordinated with a church property owner and private school long-term tenant. Work included design of classrooms, staff spaces, play fields, playgrounds, parking, and emergency vehicle access. The plan includes flexibility for expanding student population. Coordination of building and conditional use permits was required through the rigorous City of Campbell process.
